Hard Drive FAT & MBR rewritten

Windows 98 Second Edition system, while installing the Symetec Norton Systemworks 2002 which includes the program Go Back 3.0, the program Go Back rewrote my FAT and MBR for my hard drive and now I am unable to access anything off of the hard drive.
I have contacted Symetec / Norton and they do not even respond to my questions at all.
Is there any way to recover the data from the hard drive or to reinstall the MBR and FAT?
