Hard drive wrong size in NT,not in BIOS!

I’ve installed a 20GB IDE drive into a machine, which the BIOS reports correctly. I also installed one in another machine (identical machine) where it is reported as the correct size in Disk Administrator. However, on the first machine, it’s only reported as 8GB in Disk Administrator. How do I correct this and what could be wrong with it?
