Hardware Test Bench

We are looking for a hardware test bench. I have never seen one of these but one of our guys claim they exist. It has been described to me to be a motherboard with every type of slot available for testing. In other words it has multi cpu slots (socket types) as well as pci, isa, agp, etc, etc. Supposedly you can test questionable hardware on this bench and it will tell you if the hardware is good or bad. If anyone has one or has seen one and might know where they can be purchased, I would greatly appreciate a reply. Thanks for your help.
