Hardware Upgrades

Anyone have experience and data regarding updating a Proliant 4500 with 1st gen P-133 to a current (500 Mhz +) Processor?

Use is isolated network with limited users but sizeable database. Using SyBase 10 with Novell on the Backend, Win 95 and a VB3 front end interface.

Goal is to improve performance over the network.
