Have to turn on computer twice…

New motherboard seems to work fine (Shuttle AB61), but I turn it on and no signal goes to monitor until I turn it off and back on again. Second time I power up it’s OK and doesn’t run Scandisk or anything. Kind of a nuisance. Anybody know what’s up?
