Help! I can’t access my disk partition

My disk with three partition: C,D,E .I can’t access my disk partition D: and E: (FAT32) with local explorer and it ask me to format it ,but i can see the partition infomation use PartitionMagic6 pro . in PartitionMagic6, the partition D: and E: seems normal without any problem.
so ,how can I do with it ? pls help me !
