HELP! Recover files deleted in NT Server

Please help!!!!

I have lost critical data from a folder in my NT server, NTFS file system. Somebody deleted it from the network for which I have no backup. I want to recover the data. Tried few utilities like ‘File Scavenger’ from QueTek Consulting – which is a NTFS undelete utility. It lists my files, but cant restore them. Immediate attention please….
