Help !! Report prints differently

I need to print a report that will print fine on one computer with a HP Deskjet 952c but forces a second page with header and footer on a different computer with different printer. (HP Deskjet 870se or a dot matrix – Panasonic KXP 2130).

I know that settings must be the problem, but where do I go. I have checked every setting I know to check on printer and computer. Any ideas? I really need this to work.
