HELP!!!! Where are my Gigabytes??????

I tried to install Win NT on top of ME, I know, I know, dumb mistake! I reformatted the HD and installed ME again, but now my system says I have 3 drives C,D,E but each only has 1.9 GB. I have a 30 GB HD, what can I do to fix this? Does this mean mysystem will only allow me to store 6 GB of data?
