how do I stop this

I keep getting this message in the event viewer of my winNT4.0 server since the installation of MSProxy2.0 serve. “The server was unable to logon the Windows NT account ‘IUSR_NS’ due to the following error: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. The data is the error code.”

How do I stop this please?
