how I break NT40 serve admins password

After one of our NT server down due to the RAID driver corrupted, we managed to repair it with the NT repair diskette. but that was repair diskette two months ago. We forgot the Administrator password and cannot login to that server anymore..Is there any way to do this? Pls help me….I mean to say how can logged on if i forget password is there any way to break administrator password
