How to add adapter dial up?

Hi, anyone can assist me on how to add an adapter dial up in my network applet. Which file is using for that windows 98 adapter?

My network connection is ok but i am trying to find the easiest way to add an adapter rather to remove the existing setting and reinstall again or restart and redetect my system again…
