How to copy an offline file

I have a laptop that has offline files enabled. The physical .pst file is on Desktop A. Now I only have my laptop which has the offline .pst file and I want to make a copy or make it a normal file and have it reside in Desktop B.

Will it be possible, if yes, how does one go about it.
