How to identify a Dell Motherboard

I have a Dell Motherboard installed in a users computer. It has a Pentium 133 chip with external cache, onboard S3 Video and unknown audio. The part No on the card riser slot is DP/N 00081004-12431-6BD-1JH4. What model of Dell computer does this motherboard come from?
