How to install a “awardflash” ?

Hello all,

I recently purchased a new motherboard, “FIC”
brand and was working well until a few weeks ago when I rebooted the PC, I was prompted with following statment during system post,”Press ALt+F2″ to enter Awardflash”. If I ignore it, I get a message that says, “Boot Disk Failure”.

I don’t know how to flash bios. Any help would be gratly appreciated.
