How to logon Keyboard

I have replaced new(or secoundhand)socket-7 motherboard to my spare computer, that is POST and booted well. But key board doesnot functioning. Some time the following message appears “Keyboard locked out, logon your keyboard”.
My question is how I can logon the keyboard?
