How to run a DOS application under W2K

Most of the PC’s in my shop run Win95 & log in to a Netware server in order to run an application.This is achieved through either a DOS shell OR an icon on the desktop which executes the program. I recently accquired a W2K machine & am unable to runthis DOS application under this environment, any suggestions or ideas?
