How to save a Web Site?

We shall be having a 100Page/50MB website and we plan to update it on a weekly/monthly basis. We would like to save the entire content each time the site is updated for future reference and any record purposes. Is there any simple method to do this or we have to cut and paste as a document and save it on to a hard disk or a CD.
