How to start services in a particular or

Hi,

I need to start services in Windows NT 4.0 in a particular order each time when server reboot. One service has to be started at least 30 seconds later than another in order to make sure that another service has enough time to start up successfully. How can I do this? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
