HP LaserJet 5L printing problems

There is a HP LaserJet 5L that is hooked up locally to a Windows 95 PC and shared to another Win 95 PC. The printing is having two main problems. 1. When User A prints an Excel spreadsheet the botton grid lines are faded and don’t stay in the borders, but the main border is not faded. 2. When User B prints a two-page e-mail from Outlook, page 2 is blank. I have changed toner cartridges, reinstalled the drivers, and deleted the printer and all associated files, reinstalling it with drivers fromthe HP website. Please advise.
