HP LaserJet 8100DN will not print to the

The HP LaserJet 8100 DN printer is a network printer and has 4 trays. When the users try to print to Tray 2, it then goes to Tray 4, no matter what. The users are printing from an app by Broadbent. They use NT 4.0 as their OS. There is paper in Tray 2, and the drivers (they are the correct drivers) have been re-installed. The settings on the printer itself have been checked, and the default settings were restored. The printer was also turned off and turned back on. Tray 2 is not disabled.

How can I make the users able to print to Tray 2?
