HP Printer Font Problem

I am having a problem with an HP LaserJet 5000n printing from MS Word. In some cases, bullets in the document (that appear as round dots on screen) appear as “ξ” on the page. (That’s the small Greek letter Xi, for anyone that is interested.) Ifthey print to another printer of the same model, shared from the same NT server, this does not happen.
