Huge windows problem…

I finally got my PC to start windows… but now it wont run anything… it appears all the system files are missing… how can i possibly fix this? Is there anyway i can fix this via the registry or something? Any suggestions would help… thankyou kindly… and if you’ve experienced this before, please definitely respond. Thanx!
