I E script error in Publisher

When the user accesses Help in Publisher 2000 and selects a link she gets this error:

Error: Object doesn’t support this property or method
URL: mk@MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20Office\Office\1033\pub6chm:/pub9html/pbhowTEST1001.htm

It also states at the top that it is an Internet Explorer error.

Does anyone know what causes it and how to fix it?
