I found a graphics card and i dont know what model it is pls help

I reacently found an graphics card in my grandparents house the box said its a fx 5500 but on the graphics card itseld it sais its an fx 5200 but it doesnt look like any picture of either of them it only has 2 ports a vga ports and a round one also the electronic parts looks diffrent than any other picture any help for knowing what model it is
