I HAVE A WEBPAGE QUESTION!

This is the only place I can think of that my questions actually get answered. My question to you is how do I add a field on my webpage for people to send me attachments…or say I am using Front Page 2000 and I have a form and want to add a field that will do this! HOW is this achieved.
