I need to replace a corrupt oleaux.dll –

I am having problems and when I did a system file check I found that I had a corrupt oleaux.dll file. I have searched all my installation disks and the web but cannot find any links or ftpsearch to this .dll. Does anyone know where I can locate this well hidden .dll as I am at the end of my tether and am about to reinstall windows or else get a Mac!
