I/O ADDRESS

I recently did a few setups with my pc’s. Now i’m unable to start up,i’m getting an i/o conflic (check disk).i uninstall what i have added, modem,sound,nic,etc.but this didn’t help.not sure if the bios was configure automatic.i have a (ASUS P3B-F) motherboard..what are the steps to troubleshoot this????
