i/o conflict in nt 4.0

..sorry for this newb question, i hardly ever use nt 4.0 …

I’ve got an I/O conflict between a NIC and a gfx adapater. Readme files and support sites of both manufacturer simply state:
Realocate the I/O address of one of the devices…

How can I do this under Nt 4.0 ? I can see all the resource allocations, but can not find information on how to change them.
