I Think i have an un-listed virus, or?

Every time i try to print, all it does is print little smiley faces on one pade, the next page prints “AQKM! EOUS! MAOGUAGE=QCMSMEEK”…. And the third prints some wierd symbols… but it wont print what i want, i have already reformatted my HD, used Norton Anti-Virus 2001, and Re-Installed my printer, none of that works, what should i do???
