IBM PC 300 needs special memory

According to the IBM website, for maximum ram the IBM PC300 (type 6282)requires 2 x EDO 64MB 60ns SIMMS. IBM no longer stocks them, someone else has advised they can be custom made for $400.00 each! Does anyone have any available, or from experience, advise other alternatives that will work. Thanks for your assistance.
