IBM SCSI hard drive!

I bought an IBM SCSI (23GB) big hard drive with 50 pins conn. from mail order and it doesn’t came with manuals, cables, SCSI controller. I would like to have it working with a regular (clone) PC. What needs to be done?

Do I need to upgrade the BIOS? Look for
SCSI drivers? Any special controller?
Any suggestion(s)? ‘Need help….
