ibm think pad 600x

i have a thonk pad 600x, 9 months old, w2k, when i received it both the batteries were discharged, i remedied that problem now when i turn it on it says error 161 & 163. i have researched all online info and am not able to get it to start or go intosetup. bios has power and needs to be reset. help anyone
