IBM Thinkpad 600X Keyboard Stuck On Numlock

Whether the numlock light is on or not, the keyboard is stuck on numlock & useless…help….I know it’s something that happened when my cat walked across my keyboard & must be something simple…I pressed every key up top & no results. Any ideas?
