Icon Problem

I just had someone upgrade my PC to Windows 98 2nd edition. Now my NEC F700 monitor has huge icons. I went into the Display thru Control Panel and it only offers me 2 changes. First is black and white and second is 16 Bit. It won’t let me move the bar to change it to anything else.

Does anyone have any ideas?
