ICS

My ics is working, i can browse the net and do e-mails. There is only one problem, i cant do file transfers with icq nor can i use my cam on msn. I use winme on my gateway end win98se on my user pc. It is a pc to pc connection with a crossover lan cable. I use the ics software that comes with winme. IP addy on gateway is 192.168.0.1 with sub mask 255.255.255.0.
