Icsmgr has caused na error in <unknow

How do I elimiate this error. This is on my home network with 2 PCs (I don’t have any problem with the 161 users I have at work!). One is a Presario AMD 1.1 Mgz with print, file and internet sharing with an Aptiva P 200 Mhz over a Fast Ethernet. Tried to use Compaq’s “fix my presario” and now I get the error message followed by another with “Wuauclt”.

Help!!!
