I.E. and IP Addressing Problems

I have 2 computers on a network with a direct connection to the internet. We have our own DNS, IP, Subnet, and Gateway numbers. I cannot get the internet connection to work on these 2 computers. We have 5 other computers that work great. These computers can access the network but not the internet. I have tried deleting everything and typing it back in, I removed the TCP/IP protocol and added it back, etc. I have tried everything that I can think of. I haven’t done anything different withthese 2 computers. HELP, I need help on this fast. Please give me some advice.
