IE “Open in New Window” = maximized

This is a more a program annoyance than a problem. Is their any way to make IE open a new window maximized when you right click on a link and select “Open in New Window.” IE always open up a small window when you select “Open in New Window.” Netscape always open the new window maximized but I like some of the other features in Internet Explorer.
