IE Wizard in Win2K

I currently have several hundred machines that need to be setup with 30+ people to login. I have a medical website that makes me enter it as a trusted site and a few other options need to be changed in security for it to work in IE. I have noticed that I have to go through the IE wizard each user that logs in. Can I go around this by somehow using a preference file of some sort for each user?
