IE5 can’t get to secure sites

On Win95 system, IE 5.01 SP2 128bit security with all of the updates one of my users can not get onto any secure sites (HTTPS). Others with all of the same setups and software have no problem. I have uninstalled IE, ran regclean and reinstalled but it still can not connect.

When trying to connect, we get a “cannot find server” “the page cannot be displayed” error. We can go to other sites without a problem. We are going through MS Proxy, however, for secure sites, we do NOT go through the proxy server. All other workstations are setup the same and have no problems.

Any ideas?
