IE5 – Forgot Content Supervisor Password

I have a home user client who says he cannot browse the internet with IE5 because it keeps prompting for a content password. Apparently a brother was staying with them. When he moved out he tried to “clean up” his internet footprint on the machine and left them in this situation. They cannot figure out the passwrod. He tried an uninstall/reinstall and that did not work. He is ready to take drastic measures and wipe the hard drive. Seems to me that is a bit extereme. S, the question is how can you really clean IE5 all off the system so that a reinstall will not be picking up legacy settings/preferences.
