IE6 connects thru proxy but not Outlook

I implemented Service Pack 1 of Proxy Server 2.0m, and it corrected the Quark problem, but now I have another problem. I can get on the internet thru the proxy server with IE6 however Outlook Express will not connect to the internet to get my e-mail. I’ve had this problem before and simply re-installed the proxy client. However, this time I have tried that and there is no change. Any suggestions?
