Iexpore caused an invalid page fault

I have several users that are getting the following message: Iexplore caused an invalid page fault in module kernel32.dll, while using internet explorer. The errors occur while either printing from IE or when IE is closed the message appears. Those that are also running netscape get the same message except instead on Iexpore its netscape. I have been unable to find a solution, any help is greatly appreciated.
