Illegal Operations

My PC always prompt the mesg Illegal Operations whenever i’m trying to print, scan or even open the IE 5.0 and sometimes save files also got problem, can someone tell me what’s wrong with my PC. I’ve formatted many times but still remain the same after few weeks time.
