Importing mail from mac to pc

Networked mac and pc through crossover cable, installed Dave and can see the imac and its folders which appear like win. Problem is I don’t know how to take the mail and contacts and import them into the new pc running win2K and Outlook2001. Purchased Conversion Plus by Data Wiz and it’s not good enough for this. Can anyone help me? Or the other thing, perhaps I can format the zip drive on the mac in pc format and do it that way but I don’t know where the file for all the mail is. Thank you
