Inaccurate Palm

I have a Palm V, but it is not accurate, I mean, I cannot use the pen where I want. I f I want to select an iten I have to point about two lines above, so I cannot select any part from the top of the palm, especially the menu options. I trued to reset it but it doesn’t work.
