Hello,I have a Compaq Pressario Model number 5301.My computer is 380 AMD K6 Processor with a 512 KB L2 Pipeline Cache,64 MB 100 MhZ SyndRam with a 4.3 GB hard drive with a CDRom with a 2X AGP Graphics Card with a 8MB shared Video Memory and a 56 K Modem.I only have a small harddrive and I purchased a Seagate 30 GB Hard drive,7200 RPM.I installed the hard drive on my computer making the large hard drive my primary hard drive and the 4.3 is installed as my secondary.My operating systemis Windows ME Home Edition with Windows 98 Second Edition installed originally when I purchased my Computer.My question is why does my computer only show about 7 or 8 GB of my 30 GB hard drive and how do I fix the problem?Is it the BIOS settings or something else?I have allready erased my Hard Drive once and had to use my Compaq startup disk to restore my computers setting but my hard drive is still not right?Any help I can get I would appreciate it very much!Thank You,Raymond G. at Raymond7up@hotmail.com
