installing a second hard disk

I have some question after reading one of the part “changing the drive letter of a cd-rom drive” of your e-mail dated 3 April.
My computer’s single hard disk in which is loaded “Win 98”, has a very low capacity. I want to install a new hard disk to my computer and I want
1) to load the program “Windows me” on a my new hard disk.
2) to copy all programs and documents wich I need from my old hard disk to under the program “Windows me” of my new hard disk.
3) to format my old hard disk and insert here the documents and games wich will be used rarely
Please be so kind to write me all the steps- that I should make – in order.
