installing palm top on NT 4.0

I’m having problem installing a palm top(casio) for one of my clients. After installing WIN CE, and we’re now trying to connect the palm, it gives us the error message that some RAS dependent services are not started and these need to be started before the palm can be connected. The two services that are failing to start are the browser and server service. Now, I have tried re-installing the RAS, but to no avail. I have also tried re-installing the network services and re-joining the domain andstill, I get the same error message. When I check event viewer, it says that there was not enough sever storage to procees the command to start the service. I’d really appreciate any help whatsoever.
